Why membrane.

Single-layer PVC membrane vacuum-pressed onto MDF. Wood-textured richness with an economical edge.

Membrane is applied as a single-layer PVC film vacuum-pressed onto an MDF core. No edge banding needed — surface and edge form one continuous piece.

Preferred for the depth of wood textures, economic budgets and fast lead times. Heat-sensitive — use above 60°C near ovens/cooktops is excluded from warranty.

MDF cutting & surface prep

E1-standard MDF, precision-cut on CNC. Surface is sanded and routed.

Adhesive

Adhesive coat & dry

Heat-activated adhesive applied to surface and routed edges. Cured in a controlled room.

Press

Vacuum + heat press

PVC film is vacuum-pressed onto surface and edges; the form closes seamlessly with no edge banding required.

Quality

Surface check & packing

Texture depth, color tone and edge press quality check. Thermoform film calibration.

Lake Kapak ve Membran Kapak arasındaki temel fark nedir?

Lake kapak, MDF üzerine poliüretan boya uygulanarak elde edilen, pürüzsüz ve tek parça görünümlü bir kapak türüdür. Membran kapak ise MDF üzerine PVC folyonun yüksek basınç ve ısıyla preslenmesiyle elde edilen, genellikle kenar bandı gerektirmeyen (tek parça) bir kapak türüdür. Lake daha "özel ve estetik" bir dokunuş sunarken, Membran daha "ekonomik ve dayanıklı" bir çözüm sunar.
